- details you share about your project, budget or timeline.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. To protect our enquiry form from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- respond to your enquiry and prepare quotes or proposals;
- plan, deliver and manage your project if you engage us;
- meet our legal, insurance and building record-keeping obligations.
We don't sell your personal information, and we won't send you marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to provide our services — for example with consultants, engineers, certifiers or trades working on your project — and with service providers that run our website and email:
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and protects it from abuse;
- Resend, which delivers enquiry form submissions to our inbox;
- Microsoft, which provides our email service.
Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect your information.
Storage and security
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
